David Wayne Crutchfield - Site Memorial Online

David was born in Lebanon, TN on March 1, 1964, to James Crutchfield and Luvienia Crutchfield.Everyone who knew him in the past and present were estatic about that day, especially his kids, Zeb & Scarlett!

David Crutchfield passed away from cancer-Polycythemia Vera Ruba- in a coma and took his last breath in the arms of Auna'marie Crutchfield, the mother of his two children. October 18th,2006 at 9:30p.m

David Wayne Crutchfield was the father of two kids, his daughter Scarlett,with cancer, and his son Zebulon,with autism. He was born in Lebanon, Tennessee, and had a nice childhood. He went on to accomplish many feats; dealing with cancer himself-the same cancer that was passed on to his daughter, which was given to him by his mother-, completing college with his doctorate degree, along with visting breathtaking locations like France, Switzerland, Africa, Panama and other wonders of the world! He had a rare form of cancer called Polycythemia Vera Ruba for a total of 13 years, before he died peacefully in a coma Wednesday,October 18th, 2006. He was 42 years old and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
